A Breath of Fall

this is a Christmas present for my grandmother, who happens to really love artwork She has a beautiful hand-painted picture of two unicorns observing their surroundings in the springtime sitting atop one of her shelves. I decided (after watching the last unicorn for the billionth time) I wanted to draw her one as well.... though, why draw a unicorn if she already has two? my solution; draw a Kirin and I absolutely adore them! though I could use quite a bit of practice at drawing them.... they really are such beautiful creatures! *ahem* though the picture does it no justice.... so excuse the poor drawing skills of mine.....
BUT I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FINISHED THIS it took ages.... I did the entire thing with ONE (and a half...) mediums so I feel accomplished
